VISIT A LOCAL WATCHMAKER FOR WARRANTY ISSUES

Our recommendation is that you visit a local watchmaker or jeweller and let them look at the damage and if they feel this is a warranty matter contact us for more information on how to proceed, our watches are built to last therefore any damage to the watch or fault which falls under wear and tear will not be covered under warranty. The final decision will be at the sole discretion of the directors and by purchasing any product you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions and the warranty and repair conditions here-in provided.
