CAN I RETURN MY WATCH IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

We offer refunds for any watch returned before 90 days in a new, sales-ready condition with all of the original packaging and protection for our UK customers. Your 90 days begins from the date of successful delivery and run up to the day we receive the item back. We will refund you the cost of the item(s), but you will need to pay for the cost of the item to be sent back to us.

CAN I RETURN MY WATCH IF IT’S FAULTY OR DAMAGED? HOW ABOUT IF IT’S THE WRONG ITEM?

Each of our watches goes through a rigorous quality check, but accidents can happen. We recommend you check over your watch as soon as it arrives to ensure it’s in the expected condition if there’s any problems let us know within 14 days of receiving the item.

HOW DO I RETURN MY WATCH?

Contact us at info@zeusluxury.co.uk with your order reference and we will provide you with a returns address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to the complexity of international (non-UK) returns, although these can be sent back if you change your mind, this will be at at cost to the customer. The amount of the order will be refunded in full if the goods are in an as new and sales ready condition, but Zeus Luxury will not reimburse the cost of postage.
