Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched form our warehouse (make sure you check your spam/junk folders for this email).

Our warehouse is located in Bristol, United Kingdom, where all orders are shipped from.

All  products are water resistant to at least 3atm, most 5atm and can withstand brief submersion underwater such as hand washing and rain exposure.

However, we’d recommend taking off your watch before showering, bathing, swimming or engaging in any activity that may involve prolonged exposure to water.

We’re always trying to make sure that our bestselling models are in stock, but if they aren’t, we have a reminder system which can automatically send you an email reminder when the product you want is back in stock.

Limited time offers are usually broadcast via our social media channels, or through our Zeus Luxury Company newsletter.

If you sign up, you can receive any current promotional codes and updates about upcoming sales.

All orders are free and tracked shipping.

Zeus Luxury is not responsible for any customs or import duty/VAT/or any auxiliary charges that should be levied on delivery within the European Union or otherwise overseas. We recommend all customers check the charges or import in their relevant country before placing an order with us. We cannot estimate these fees, we recommend you check with your regional customs authority. 

Zeus Luxury will not accept any responsibility or returns on the basis of import/custom duties upon delivery overseas.

In the event that a confirmation email hasn’t landed in your spam/junk folder either, make sure to check your account to see if funds have been deducted – in the case that they have, your order has likely been processed.

Orders can be changed within 24 hours.

Make sure to email info@zeusluxury.co.uk as soon as possible with the relevant information.

You can email returns requests to info@zeusluxury.co.uk. The fee for return shipment is not reimbursed for any products.

You are eligible for a full refund if your unused product is returned within 30 days in original packaging with original tags/documents.

Returns are usually processed upon the return of your product to us after an assessment of the condition.

Warranty information

Your Zeus Luxury watch is warranted for 2 year from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects.

For warranty repairs, the defective watch should be registered as soon as possible by contacting info@zeusluxury.co.uk with your name, order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Batteries and/or leather straps
  • Damage resulting from improper use, lack of care or accidents
  • Aesthetic changes due to normal wear, such as scratched casing or alterations to colour
  • Excessive water exposure
  • Zeus watches serviced by non-certified repair staff, such as for battery replacement, service or repairs
